 Following the showing of the film, the veterans and survivors gathered in the solarium to autograph DVDs and books along with the students who were involved in the producing of the film or who wrote pieces for the book.
Veteran, Richard Hamsher, autographs a book and DVD.

 Veteran Verne Baker, autographs a book for a young fan!  Damien Light, one of our MCs for the evening and a writer for the companion book,  looks on.


Dutch Holocaust survivor, Ellie Chapman is ready to autograph books and DVDs.  Beside her is one of the narrators of the film, Casie David.  The other students had pieces published in the book. 

 British survivor, Sylvia Galman Bonebrake, greets a fan.

Veteran Richard Gingrich receives a heartfelt handshake from a fan.

Veteran Bill Benson survived the sinking of two destroyers, The USS Buck and the USS Evans during WW II.

 Andy Gartenberg's father, Egon, escaped Europe and eventually came to the United States, only to learn that his entire family perished at the hands of the Nazis.  He tells his story of survival in a letter to his children.  This letter is published in the book.  His son Andy, autographs the book.

Senior, Kayla Stahl created an amazing art display of her work inspired by the Holocaust:
"Holocaust Remembrance Through Art."


Students sang a patriotic medley prior to the showing of the film.
